Mr. Chander B. Arya is Charmain of our Firm and senior most Partner & Mentor of our SBK Legal Family. Mr. Chander B. Arya, guides the SBK legal in overall Management, Ways of Success and Growth path of SBK legal as a Law Firm. With his vast exposure and experience in different verticals and Practices areas, Mr. Chander B. Arya handles our -top level Corporate Clients advisory and Solicitation work in sector of Banking , Finance Corporate restructuring, Arbitration and Constitutional Matter . The firm is growing and achieving different mile stone under his abled guidance and supervision. Mr. Chander B. Arya is Bachelor -of -Arts from the Delhi University and completed his law degree from Campus -Law –Centre, in the year 1970, and enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in the on 4th September 1970, He Started practicing law at District Court level in diverse subject, ranging from Civil laws, the laws related to Land acquisition, Revenue Courts, Criminal Law, Banking and Corporate Commercial laws. He had positioned himself to the highest standards of professional ethics and professionalism. He is veteran legal figures and name in the Indian legal fraternity. His areas of expertise and practice cover the wide and specialized subjects in the field of law. He had advices and remained on penal of many Government and Private sector Organization on different levels and managed their litigation and Solicited them to name a few:
