 CA Akshit Bansal is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since the year 2018. He graduated from Ramjas College, Delhi University in the year 2014. He has vast experience in the field of statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits and GST consultancy. He has done audits in various industries like construction , power, hotel, consumer product companies, etc. He is handling end to end consultancy for many startups and SMEs engaged in different industries like IT, recruitment, export houses, etc.

His expertise lies in statutory audit of corporates and Virtual CFO services to startups and SMEs.

He is a member of many entrepreneurial associations regularly consulting organisations in setting up their business and compliances.

Previously he was associated with Desai Haribhakti and Co from the year 2018 to 2019 and SN Dhawan and Co (a member firm of Mazars) from 2019 to 2021 in their assurance department where he was engaged in statutory audit of large companies(listed as well as unlisted) ,mid sized corporates, trusts and charitable institutions. In his role with SBK legal he functions closley with SBK's clients for  all the Corporate Soliciation and Tax practice matters, he is also incharge of all the advisory both at compliance, and Litigation levels with Mr. Sandeep Arya as a Team  in all the Tax Forums and also on appellate side.
